          ESTIMATOR

Morse Evergreen Auto body is seeking a full-time estimator that has a lot of drive and wants to be successful. We are needing someone that works well with customers, is very detailed orientated, likes to work in a team environment and very through with every vehicle that is looked at. We need someone that our customer's trust and feels comfortable talking with after an accident.  The estimator is the face of the company. Strong customer service skills is required. This position has most interaction with the customer and most importantly has earned their trust. The estimator must be able to work in a team environment and communicate with each department. They must be able to earn the customer's business by being, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The Estimator must be able to multi task, be detailed oriented and organized.

  • Qualifications:

    • Working in a team environment.

    • Excellent customer service skills.

    • I-CAR certification in auto body repairs-Preferred not required.

    • Experience in using auto body software in management system and estimating software- CCC One and/or Audatex is preferred not required

    • Efficient work ethic.

    • Taking pride in your work.

    • Mindful of production schedules and meeting deadlines.

    • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

  • Responsibilities Include:

    • Manages the schedule for repairable vehicles.

    • Schedule repairs based on shop capacity.

    • Create new repair orders and prep documents prior to customer drop offs and review and/or ordering parts.

    • Review vehicle with customer at drop off if requested, complete check in and obtain original photos.

    • Document damage area and any customer request in the file. Note prior damages and discourse those areas with customer and blue print team.

    • Explain the claims process to the customer and how the process with work with the insurance company.

    • Assist Blue Printer with mapping the vehicle.

    • Work closely with the Body and Refinish team.

    • Schedule adjuster's re-inspections or supplements that are submitted.

    • Set accurate out dates in the system and monitor the progress if anything needs to be adjusted. Move vehicle in the management system to the correct state of repair.

    • Lock final estimates and communication to the paying party of any additional damages and costs to the repair. If needed communicate with insurance companies of any changes.

    • Communicate with the parts department with any additional parts that are needed or parts that need to be returned. Make adjustments to the estimate.

    • Match supplements and finals with insurance.

    • Track repair updates and update customer and/or insurance company.

    • Once vehicle is reassembled do a final Quality Control (QC).

    • Deliver and review the final bill and repairs with the customer.

PaRTS SPECIALIST

Morse Evergreen Auto Body is looking to hire a full-time Parts Specialist. We offer benefits, paid vacation, as well as 4-10s.  We work on all makes and models and all types of collision.  We are looking for an experienced Parts Specialist that is reliable and works well within a team environment.

  • Qualifications:

    • Automotive parts experience required.

    • Must be detail oriented, great organizational skills needed to manage and control inventory.

    • Knowledge of CCC One is recommended.

    • Great communication skills.

    • Efficient work ethic.

    • Taking pride in your work.

    • Mindful of production schedules and meeting deadlines.

    • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

  • Responsibilities Include:

    • Able to work full-time, 5 days a week, no Saturdays.

    • Must be able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

    • Maintain a clean work environment/department.

Auto Body Technician

Morse Evergreen Auto Body is looking to hire a full-time Auto Body Tech. We offer benefits, paid vacation, as well as 4-10s.  We work on all makes and models and all types of collision.  We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician that is reliable and works well within a team environment.

  • Qualifications:

    • Ability to properly complete light to heavy repairs.

    • Efficient work ethic.

    • Taking pride in your work.

    • Mindful of production schedules and meeting deadlines.

    • I-Car Certifications is a bonus.

    • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

  • Responsibilities Include:

    • Straightening metal panels and frames.

    • Properly repair vehicles to OEM Certifications.

    • Fit and weld replacement parts into proper locations.

    • Replacing airbags.

    • Masking bumpers, windows and trim.
